No more pencils. No more books. No more student dirty looks
It’s 2014. We all know it but don’t want to admit it; the “old style” of teaching is out. Come learn from our knowledgeable manufacturers about how technology has not only improved student testing scores, but how it has improved student education as a whole. Join us and learn how Whalley Computer Associates, Inc. (WCA) and its manufacturers have helped implement and improve technology in more than 275 school systems throughout New England. We Do WeDo with Scratch
Elementary students can build and program robots using WeDo Lego kits. A variation on these projects is to control the robots using the Scratch programming environment. Instead of learning a whole new programming environment, students can build on programming skills learned from basic non-robotic Scratch projects, and boldly code their way to controlling robots from Scratch.
