My name is Angela Dougher. I am currently a special educator in the behavior program for the Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union. Prior to that, I was a special educator and co-director of the Hartford Autism Regional Program (H.A.R.P.). At HARP I worked primarily with students who used a communication device as their primary means of communication.
I am a mother of two beautiful children. Cadence, who is 4 years old and Bradley who is 1. My husband and I both work for WSESU and we have been married for 8 years.
