Brian Wagner, 8th grade Science Teacher
Brian complements his four years of teaching with 23 years of experience working as a chemist and staff scientist for environmental engineering and consulting firms. His philosophy that science is best learned by doing is augmented by the use of digital technology that allows students to create their own personal understanding of science content. Brian’s recent presentation to Vermont colleagues focused on iPads and meaningful formative assessment in the science classroom.
